Skipping internship will lead a big amount of potencial interns to layoffs. There is also an argument that only rich can allow the internships to themselves. As i know, it's not difficult to get a loan for a good education. A good education implies a well-paid job, so it won't be so hard to get a credit. The low-paid professions seem to have a little internship, so to get a small loan won't be a serious problem. Generally internship is a right thing: people work for experience as they study for knowledge, so they should't be payed or should be low-payed.
